The first result from Ohangwena shows Swapo vote holding up. Little impact from RDP. Epembe: Swapo 6094, RDP 187. Swapo's vote is 700 up on 2004 result. Generally turnout seems to be higher than 2004 levels in the north and lower in areas further south. This looks like good news for Swapo as it increases their overall share and bumps up their seat number. Barring any major surprises (not indicated in polling station results from other areas of the country), the two-thirds is assured.
