The ECN website seems to have given up on publishing results. If anybody has Keetmanshoop Urban, Uukwiyu or Otavi could you send them to info@ippr.org.na. They were announced earlier today on radio, apparently.

Still nothing from Otjozondjupa. The argument for Windhoek being late was that it has some of the largest constituencies in terms of population. Otjozondjupa has some of the smallest - so it's hard to work out what is going on

These ones from Swapo: OHANGWENA - OSHIKANGO, Presidential: Pohamba = 11 522, Hidipo = 1 321, Ulenga = 26. National Assembly: SWAPO = 11 433, RDP = 1 428, SWANU = 41
OHANGWENA - OMULONGA, Presidential: Pohamba = 10 314, Hidipo = 406. National Assembly: SWAPO = 10 309, RDP = 416 - Thursday, December 3, 2009 - 08:12
Swapo's share of the vote in Soweto, Khomas region is about the same as 2004 - 60%. RDP came second with 20% mostly through taking the COD vote, and some from Nudo and other opposition parties. We have yet to see a Windhoek constituency where RDP has made significant inroads into the Swapo vote. Windhoek East, Khomasdal North should be interesting.
